The tinnie is given because of the dedication of the banner to the Dachau (town in Bavaria) Sturmbann III/ 2 October 1933.

The symbol is the coat of arms of Dachau:

So was this SS Strumbahn III/2 associated with the KZ at Dachau?

        Jimmy,
I just Googled Sturmbann lll/2. It seems its not related to the KZ camp just the town. Its also probably SA related.
