    I know that these badges were an indirect vet buy, and bought cheap. So I would say that they are authentic just from that. They were in a cigar box with all other original items - cap pins, medals, membership badges.

    The pin even has a crimp in the plate so it would not spin around, seems like a detail most fakers would not bother with?

    Also if the Prag one was a fake, why are there so few of them. I have only seen 6 of them over the years.

    Any one have any facts as to why it would be fake, bought a brand new one, bought boxes of them? Manufacturer never existed, etc.

    Yes it is unusally flat and the swaz does not go to the edge, but it was made in Prag not Germany, different manufacturers.

    Anyone have any other Prag made badges for other organizations for comparison?
