It's a WHW 'news letter' that is put out by Gottfried Buttig. It is in 100% German..so if you can translate it it is a great thing. For someone like me that reads broken German...not so much.

I have about 15 of his news letters...they were very well done...I just can't read the info well enough.

Mr. Buttig has made a real catalog only badge form Tag der Wehrmacht and Tag der Deutschen Polizei The catalog has 200 pages and photos of over 1000 badge
What you meant is the Si ( collector info ) this is a news letters
