Hitler Badge

I need help identifying this pin on medal. It says Adolph Hitler on the front with a side view bust of Hitler and on the back it says Gaumeistermannschaft Schere 1934.

Any info on the history of these and value would be greatly appreciated. Hope I didn't pay to much for it.

I'm thinking this must be pretty rare then. I mean how many Sheep shearing contest could be going on.

Any idea what something like this is worth in todays economy? Any Sheep Shearing inthusiast out there?

To be serious, a google of schere brings up 10 pin bowling! which makes more sense.

I think Wood has nailed it...bowling - sorry, no sheep were injured in earning this prize.

It's a generic blank medal sold by a number of manufacturers to be custom engraved for various civil events. There were several styles available. Not very rare and most were awarded for small local events by clubs and the like.

Too bad about the sheep.

it is for "Kegeln" on a "Scherenbahn" > Schere

It is nine-pin-bowling. There are three different alleys, Bohle, Classic and Schere, each with their own competitions.
