Good evening, gentlemen!
I have been offered this NSDAP member mark.
If I have understood it correctly, there should be flat top in the 3rd and 4th's top must be open.
BUT I have also seen these marks has been approved in the forum with these numbers.
What do you think of this?
According to the link below, it should not be a flat top on the 3rd and 4th place will be open at the top.
But there has been some needles before here on the forum who have been accepted in the above figures?

That's my Gold Party Badge website, and flat-topped number 3, if rotograved, is fine. Stamped number 3 should be rounded.
