I think that this is a really super SA event badge.

Belgard (now the Polish Bialogard) and once within Pommern, set on the River Persante (BELGARD PERS).

Einheiten der SA-Gruppe Pommern (Stettin), SA-Brigade 7 (Grenzland - Mitte) at Neustettin and just to further dignify Belgard, as part of the Brigade was SA-Standarte 268 which was within Belgard itself.

        Regards,

        David

Indeed a rare piece -- not found in Reinhard Tieste's book. I particularly like the way the design echos the 1931 SA Treffen in Braunschweig badge's motif! Congrats!

Thanks for the correction, Pete. I only have the third edition, from 1994. With apologies.

                    Dave,
It is a replacement pin. These broke off quite easily and were replaced alot.
