1936 Olympic Games - HJ pin on badge?

Hello

I have this badge which came with the effects of an NZ athlete who competed in the '36 Berlin games. I've been told this badge was worn by the HJ member who accompanied the man concerned. Can anyone confirm this please as I've never seen anything else like it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Looks to be a period item not seen by me before, no reason to doubt
the story. But to see the badge on it,s own i can,t see the Olympic
or HJ connection

I've seen "others" of this exact same thing....an early "Nazi Sympathizer's" window hanger....nothing to do with the olympics.....but certianly an interesting and collectible item for what it actually is....
