    info on badges

    Hello all,
I have a few badges here that I would like to get opinions on. The party badge I might have posted a while ago but couldn't find a thread on it so here it is again. The blue enamel badge that says olympiahilfe 1935 I have heard differing opinions on. some say it is a complete bogus item others seem to think it is a good item...I have no idea but wonder if it is in the same category or made by the same people who make the fake NSFK and green HJ skiing badge?
In any case would like to get opinions on originality.
    Thanks,
    Duzig(Bill)

Party pin and DVG are good. Can't say anything about the other badges.

        Regards, Wim

The first four badges looks ok to me.

The olympia I don´t know........these have been heavily faked and also fantasy badges has been made.

I would personally not buy it.

              Hello,
Thanks for the comments Peppe. I already own the badge for quite a few years now, but I have heard differing opinions on these items. Not quite sure if any originals are out there or if all of them are bogus or fantasy items, which I kind of bet they might be. In any case thanks for your info and hope others chime in with there opinions.

                  Hello,
Pete, thanks for your comments, I am undecided about these badges & hope that some definate info one way or another comes forward. I do believe the general consensus on these items is that they are quite suspect as to originality. There is a thread about these badges started currently on another forum so I hope between both forums some good info will come out.
Thanks again for your comments and hope others might chime in also.

I won't give an opinion on the Olympic badge but only the Kinder & Lehrer membership pins. They are both original and very unique and seldom seen with a modified buttonhole attachment. The Kinder appears to be Steinhauer marked which is correct and the Lehrer is of course Hoffstatter which is correct also. I would suspect that these two were worn by the same person or from the same family. Did you get the two of them together? Nice find! Have a nice weekend. Robert

                    Lehrer is wings-out first form.

                      Hello,
burgerhaus, Sorry for such a belater reply. Thanks for your info & comment, & about the Lehrer being first style. Regarding the badges with the buttonhole attachments, I really don't remember whether I got them together or what.
                      thanks again,
                      Bill

A little late, but rather late than never
The "Olympic help" badge is found in blue, black, green, yellow, orange and red enamel. Everyone of these seen to date, is an easy to recognize fake. Whether there actually was a genuine badge that these are imitating?
Car racing - Olympics ? I highly doubt that.

                          research

Car racing was included in at least some Olympics at the turn of the century as an unofficial competition. So was kite flying.

That said, there were no Olympics in 1935, so yes, easy to recognize fake.

There were a few "sports" that collected in 1935, for the coming Olympics - which is naturally what these Racing Car badges are pretending to be - hence the "hilfe" in Olympiahilfe, in the slogan. But as previously stated, a "convincing" badge has yet to be seen.

The few genuine items of this nature known, are all to do with Olympic disciplines, and i do mean "few, genuine items" as opposed to these, marked with the typical and known, fake Stübbe name, found every day in multicolors and many variations.
