interesting SS pin - SS Standarte 6

Hello all - I'm going to put this in the SS forum as well. Just got this in a small collection and have no real idea what it is. Seems similar to the WHW pieces to raise money but I have no ideas. Has anyone ever seen anything like it?

Thanks for the comments - seems like a lot of views but no one is 100% sure.

Winston, likely it is not a table decoration. It's only about 4 inches long and with the pin on the back it most likely is meant to be worn.

Wearing "Pine sprigs (?)" or holley sprigs (?) ...(or whatever) is certianly an old traditional way of showing "Holiday spirit"....so it does fit with a WHW drive.....

The "SS" paper device is, of course, the question....it would be SO EASY to reproduce......you'd have to be fully satisfied this was 100% original....which would require much closer examination than these pictures show.

Always post a "universal" scale (coin or ruler) to give us perspective....helps with identification many times.
