Something to show it's size would help!

....but it looks like a Kriegsmarine stick pin mount "Donald Duck" (Talley) Cap eagle that's lost it's gold finish- (wartime production).....came with attached cockade also....but this version well known.
Should be alittle smaller than typical Army Cap eagle.

Looks like an original pin as stated, someone here needs this to complete a cap!

Well if I needed a cap badge for a Navy cap, it wouldn't be this one with all the gold finish missing; I'd want one with the gold finish. This item is common enough to be able to find one in nice condition with all the gold finish remaining.
