Anyone know exactly what this one is for?

It’s a commercial metal hailing Adolf Hitler as Germany’s way to the future. It was issued in 18K gold, 835 & 900 fine silver, copper, bronze and plated metals 23mm and 36mm. The artist is Oskar Gloeckler.
