Does anyone have an image of an authentic SA Bergabzeichen, in either Silver or Gold?

The only ones I've seen (and they could be the same example) are the example pictured in the Angolia NSDAP and SA insignia book and I believe Kai Winkler had one listed for sale a few years ago.
