Two Early Tinnies 1923 & 1928

I would like an opinion of value as I am going to sell them.
The first one is damaged it appears to have been ran over by an vehicle & the pin is missing.

Two beautiful tinnies! As to the second one, dated in 1923, is it possible that this badge may have been unrelated to the National Socialist Movement? The badge commemorates a regional gymnastics festival which took place in Aurolzmünster, an Austrian village situated half-way between Braunau-am-Inn and Linz, and the stylized swastika on the piece could have represented the Thule Society or any of a number of other folkish groups in existence in the early 20th century. But the location and its harkening to Hitler's early life aside, there does not appear to be anything else on the badge that would connect it to the NSDAP of that time. Perhaps I am just overly-cautious and/or curious...?! But again, nice pieces!

Both your badges is orig. a bit shame that the needle is missing, anyway a nice one. The second badge you refer too IS from a highly antisemetic timeperiod and the recipents of the badges WAS nazis and hitlers helpers which history confirms. Like the thule company the Austrian Turnebund used the same Sun wheel or bended 4f swastica in this case, and the turnebund members was refered as "hakkenkreuz" turner so relationsip to the nazis was overwhelming from start ( 1919 ) and of same timeperiod as the thule company. The relationship between the badges ( austrian/germany ) is confirmed in the first link below where you can see both swasticas together, and more of the TB history you can find that in the last link which i have not finnished yet. So imo you have a unike antisemetic badge whit nazi relations and still from the pre nazi period as we know it. The thule company saw themself as the leader of cult/ mysteri and antisemetic ideoligy in the 3 reich, where the TB saw themself as leader of sport and formation whit the same antisemetic ideoligy, thats the diff between these two organisations.

Hello Jimmy, as I said to Chris via pm ...... I see that you are still pulling Rabbits out of Top hats
Now to serious matters due to the tinnies historical importance and the fact that it is an extemely scarce and early Badge I don't think the poor condition will impact too much on the Abzeichens value.
As you know Adolf Hitler held a speech at the Turnhalle in Erbendorf on that exact Date August 5, 1928 hence this Badge originates 100% from that early meeting.
How does one value a badge like this ??? well lets just say this...............try finding another one

PS amazingly the Buliding still remains Today ......... The Turnhalle was turned into the Stadthalle; it’s still the same building.
