Hi Mike - the one on the stickpin would be for a model airplane company. I found a Wegner-Flugmodelle company on German Google but they seem to have only been around for maybe 20 years. It's possibly a revival of one that existed before since the pin, to me, looks older than that.

The E.V.L. would likely be for a ice sport or skating club since E.V. almost certainly is short for Eissport- or Eislauf-Verband/Verein and the L maybe for a town or city.
