    DSB sports badge question

    I picked up this DSB mini stickpin and the ribbon bar with DSB badge device in a small buy. Not overally familiar with these... what is the ribbon bar for? I thought there was just the badge?

    Hi wartime,

    there are some variations:

    - a large version, with needle or pin, the original for a uniform,
    - a small version, with needle or pin, for civilian clothes,
    - a very small version, normally with a needle, for civilian clothes, inconspicuously,
    - a very small version for the ribbon bar (for a uniform),
    - a cloth version, for sportswear.
