    What is this little table medal? A civil or town athletic event perhaps? A school award?

      I think, that you must read it as:

      Turngemeinde 37 Hanau (in Hessia, founded 1837)
      25.08.1929
      reichsoffene Wettkämpfe (for all Turner in Germany)
      60m Hürden-Lauf
      Unterstufe (for children)
      1. Sieg
