I am assuming that this very simple and basic pin is from SA Standarte 80 (Wiesbaden), as part of SA Brigade 150 Rheinhessen (Mainz), as part of SA Gruppe Mittelrhein (Koblenz) ? Clarification would be greatly appreciated, as would the declaration on the badge of "Für erholungsbedürftige Volksgenossen".

Seems to be promoting the notion of people needing to enjoy themselves through communal recreational activities.
