It is a Deutscher Luftsport - Verband Pin (DLV ). It is nice to see one with a tag still on it.

The tinnie alone isn`t worth much, $5-$10 at best, but add the original tag and I would think maybe $30.00, maybe more.

I had seen other pins like this with a different tag. I suppose these pins were sold in different events and only the tag is different in each case.
