AH Medallion

Hi Guys, I was given this a few weeks ago by a family friend. I have not been able to find any info on this. Its just a clear plastic medallion of Adolf Hitler. Sorry for the poor photos. Im using my backup camera and the quality is very poor. thanks for any help I can get.

Its part of a WHW series. Fairly common.

Weren't these "glass tinnies" used like ornaments on Christmas trees? It would be quite a sight to see a tree decked out with "glass tinnies".
