I have 2 from the same maker and both are in emanel and have a different pin setup on the back.

Here's another question: is it possible that one maker makes 2 different kind of party badges?

Not sure. Its painted not enamel.

Its the new Aluminum Fakes from Poland, they started showing up on the auction sites not that long ago, (i fist called them out at WWM around 2009 i think?) all with the Recess on the back for the needle, which granted was used towards the very end of the TR, but not by M1/101, more by M1/185 and M1/186.
The other thing is that they all had Blunt needle points, like this had, and has been filed down by someone to make it sharp, they did a bad job though. I mentioned these and showed pictures on this forum a few months ago, but don't remember the thread. Have a hunt around in this section and you will find it, one like yours was posted with the needle still having a blunt tip.
You can buy them now even on Big dealers sites, and on the lower grade German auction platforms they are available for around 10-15€ each.
Mostly in Groups of 10-50 at a time.
Common Maker marks for these new aluminum fakes are M1/159 and M1/101, there is another as well, but i forget which at the moment.
Throw it away, unless of course, you are looking for a thumbs up here so you can sell a few boxes ? lol, Thats a joke... i think.

I wouldn't touch it, not the first fake poor Bill has sold, he recently listed a fake GPB, maybe 2-3 weeks back.
