SS FM sickpin

Guys, This is not my field but would like to know if this pin is legit. I have researched the site and don't recall seeing a number with the letter preceding it. It is usually on top of the number. If real, what do these generally go for in this condition? These are the only pics i have.

Thanks much guys. Any reason the letter preceeds the number whereas all the ones I have seen the letter is at the top of the pin. Looks like the letter was added as an after though and squeezed in.

From my experience the "L" series of pins are all marked like that.
