Large Sport Wehr Wettkampfe Tinnie on Red Backing?

I picked this group up off a vets family today and was wondering what this could be.Ive had this tinnie before but never seen one made like this. Can i get some imput on what this is for? And what a fair vaule might be. Thanks for any help i can get.

They come with different coloured cloth i have seen black and green ones

mametz is 100% correct, its a fake. I have one i green but only to scare people whit it have been discussed several time on this forum so you can find several threads arround this shi....... badge.
