Gliding Proficienty Badge - C Class - Pre 45?

Hi Everybody,

I just thought I'd run this one past you all. It's the C (3 gulls) Gliding Proficiency Badge with buttonhole fixing. As you can see the number is stamped on the fixing.

I believe this badge to be pre 45; however, I would appreciate your opinions.

In my mind, the enamel looks good, also the comparatively low issuance number, and fixing method.

All advice appreciated.
