Looks like a comemorative of chancellorship, and birthday. Some added initials,(not colorfast that got wet) and the HQ, if thats a Q? Very cool item, and possibly silk? But regardless , i'd bag that one in a ziplock freezer bag to keep it from the bugs in the future. Very nice IMO. OOF DA.
