Help w/ 10 year NSDap tinnie

Need some help/info on this tinnie,
searched the net and have come up empty
so far. First off is it a good one and second what
is it commenrating. Rarity??

I/S. stand for "in Sachsen" / in Saxony. Looking it up on a map, Neumark is a small municipality in the Vogtland close to Bavaria and Thuringia. A little bit "out of the way", so to speak. Bets are good that only a few dozen were produced and not many survived. May be you can still find some in Neumark today ...

Very nice tinnie. I asked a friend about this that has a great collection and he hadn't seen it before. Interesting though he has one for another town with the same design. Neither one is referenced in Tieste.
