The pitting around the text area raises red flags.

Those posted by Curt are both ok in my opinion, though you´ll find people not very happy with the hollow one, famous by the smailing and poor in details face of the eagle. So I prefer the other models of this hollow second pattern badge.
About the USA-Kev´s ..... you can find rarely a more crude fake of this badge than this one.
