    Nurnberger Flughafen 1933 Tinnie Question??

    Guys,
I`ve seen this tinnie in silver but never with enamel inset. Anyone seen one like this? Might this just be a rare variation? Thanks

As you probably know Chris this badge came in gold, silver and bronze (according to Tieste) As with others, there were possibly special types available, either for the richer to buy a better qualiy badge, or special guests at the event.
Other than that, no information. Have you trawled the whole tinnie thread for a similar one?
              Regards,
              Pete

Thanks for the pics but I`m not sure what the top one means or what the rarity of this might be.

Not as rare as the Falkenau tinnie, for example.

What a wonderful tinnie. great design and detail. quality enamel work on a hallow tinnie very unusual. thanks gentlemen for showing your fine examples
