Is this tinnie a good one?

I bought a hand full of German items and was feeling pretty good about them...until I was told one was a fake. Now I am fearful that they all may be fake. Would the viewers critique them for me and let me know what I have for sure? I am going to try and post them in the correct catagories instead of putting them all in one place. Thanks.

I say this one is original.
Should be aluminum, 40x47 mm.

The pin slot is correct.
Looks like somebody tried to replace the pin by filing down the crimps and then using the tip of a nail to spread the two crimps over the pin.
A lame-brained plan doomed to fail.
