Terry,

same here, approx. 1.3 millimeter. The weight is roughly 15grams.
I´ll probably be able to post the exact weight tomorrow.

After a good night´s sleep, I realized that perhaps the ring on
mine was soldered on incorrectly. Maybe a bit far-fetched, but
stranger things have occured.

Although not expensive, these crosses are rarely seen for sale.
I checked Weitze´s site, one first class!

While on the subject anyone got a maker marked 2nd class ?

I,ve just bought a cased 2nd class maker marked 60 .
