They`re both walking stick plaques. There is a market for these but nowadays its hard to put a price on anything

I'll have to partially disagree Chris. The Regensburg piece is from a set of Red Cross donation tinnies picturing city gates. You can see it only has one hole where the string would be.

That is a different set Gerdan. The one Karl showed belongs to a set where they are shaped liked his and made of metal. The ones you show are various shapes and are made of cardboard. Although both sets were issued in June 1942.
