        m1/35

all of the m1/35 proficiency badges issue numbers seem to be between 200000 & 300000 & the m1/101 seems to be above this and the m1/34 below the 200000,as there seems to be a issue with the m1/35 being a fake due to the stamped rzm,can anyone post a photo of a proficiency badge by anouther maker with a issue number between 200000 & 300000.

I highly doubt your badge is fake from the details and wear. I think some are confusing M1/34 whose RZM codes are raised, with M1/35.

If you do a search on the forum you will find at least one other M1/35 HJ proficiency badge marked "B" that has a stamped code.

I have a M1/35 prof. badge as well. I as well don't believe your badge is a fake. The pin plate and pin look correct. I'd say it is a zinc silver prof. badge.

Just seems like bronze zinc badges seem to hold the bronze better then zinc silver badges, from what I have seen in the years I have been collecting.

            Cheers
            Brian
