The württemberg landesverein is a helporg. from 1863 under the red cross whit aprox. 16000 members. still active today :http://www.drk-bw.de/
Arround your badge i do belive yours are pre or maybee post war 50-60 due the missing swastica, thats was normal on ordinary RC badges from that timeperiod. You might contact the verein and get it confirmed. Nice and orig. badge
