    'JFS' 1935 Tag der Arbeit

    Pretty rare I think...

    First one of its kind in (37) years by one well-known dealer.

    Very nice detailing on the breast of the eagle. Only one I have out of (95) that has the cross-hatching.

      Your JFS is here - I see . Quite a maker mark ... and the eagle chest markings is unique indeed .

                Very interesting to see this marked to JFS. Can we assume this is the same Gablonz-based JFS that made medals and badges during the war? I know the company existed in 1935, but find it interesting that they would have been making tinnies prior to the annexation of the Sudetenland in 1938. Maybe they were made in limited numbers for the Sudeten Nazi party, the SDP.

                Really cool piece. I like it even though I don't collect non-military items.

                  I would think so. Here is a montage showing the JFS logo on the tinnie, and their logo on a second pattern CCC. There is little similarity, but like you stated the company may have been producing a few tinnies in 1935.
