Hey, I have searched the threads and found lots of Proficiency Badges - some look like this and are called fakes - some look like this and are called real. The pin back on this one is also missing. My inexperienced eye thinks that the issue number is a little off though.. any comments would be fantastic! Thanks in advance guys!
