In very clumsy terms, "Kreis" (district) commemorative day badge for Braunschweig (Brunswick) Stadt (immediate area within the control of Brunswick) 1939. A good looking design, although the badge shown is in a slightly tired condition and according to the Tieste catalogue, not a rare badge in relation to the value.
