    Gau Franken DAF Badge Help Please

    Folks,
    As I was sorting through my tinnies, I came upon this "badge". Might anyone have any info on what this might be? Also rarity and possible ballpark value?

    Very little seems to be known about these Chris. Assuming that they are genuine, they appear to be some sort of badge for the regional DAF main office or educational staff. They can be found with other Gau names on them, they are always blackened to the front & silvered to the rear.

    They are fairly scarce, but like the Tirol badges we have discussed before, they are unpopular with collectors & their price never reflects their scarcity.
