    Koln 1928 Turnfest

Picked up a couple of tinnies / badges tonight, Did some site searching to ID a Turnfest tinnie.
Well at least I now know what Turnfest is. I didn't see the one I picked up so I thought I should post for future reference.
Solid badge about the weight of a US half dollar.
Came with a fairly nice Gausieger badge and late 1800 table scarf , good way to end the day.
I will post the scarf in the Imperial forum in a day or so.

Hi Tom - the 1928 Koeln Turnfest is a very nice one. Really well made. I've always liked it and it was one of the first tinnies I ever bought.

You could buy it for about 38 Euro

There was also a special newspaper for the Deutsche Turnfest 1928 in Köln:
