Don't know about that first one, the reverse (the little uneven bumps) puts me in mind of something made by the use of electrolysis.

              Both are 100% original.

Why does it seem paper thin on some of the edges and thick in other places?

                    Hello Pete

Perhaps a little unnecessary to mention that Erich and Mel both like the 1929 RPT, however others that I have shown the badge to also have had no qualms whatsoever.

When I was first offered this badge, it was one that made me very nervous and for the features that you have so rightly mentioned.

Hopefully the badge and especially by the reverse detail may serve as a useful reference.

Any other comments though as both good or bad are most welcome.

                    Regards,

                    David
