    DLR in zinc

    Hello,

is this zinc version of DRL badge "good"? I never saw this type of DRL, is it a late version?

Is it in bronze or silver?

And the serial number part of the die? No, I don't like it.

      Dear Wim,

If I may ask, to what are you referring as "the serial number part of the die"? Please pardon my ignorance...

Hmm, I think I made a mistake. The number is rahter a DRGM number or something, so it could be a part of the mould. I used the word "die" but I meant "mould".

So it can be a good one. The set up looks fine, no?

        Regards, Wim

Thanks for the clarification, Wim. This same DRGM number --35269 -- appears on both DRA and DRL badges made by the Hermann Wernstein firm of Jena. It is the acronym for Deutsches Reichs gebrauchsmuster, or "Nationally Used Pattern."
