Tinnie ID help

[Wiegert]

Picked up this tinnie at the local antique shop. I am guessing its something to do with a few groups. Any one know what it was for?

It is a NSBO. NS. HAGO and DAF Tagung in Erfurt on the 9-10 June 1934 Tinnie
It is in Trieste's Tagungs- and Veranstaltungsabeichen Book # 1 , Erfurt 34-02 Page # 257 and he has a value of 25 Euros.
