Odd 25000 Badge/Award

My Great Uncle who was 76th Division vet past away recently and when cleaning his house I found a box of items he brought back with him and I was hoping someone could identify this odd badge/award. It is 125mm across by 85mm high.

I've never seen this one before and I am wondering how rare and/or valuable it may be let alone what it was for.

It's beautiful, I'd put it on the grill of my Saturn Vue, don't think people would like it as much as we would.
