This is the only one of these I ever ran into........doesn't mean it is scarce, there are a multitude of tinnies......just means I never ran into one. What is it?

Sonnenwende is the solstice and there are a bunch of them put out during the time of the Third Reich celebrating the solstice. Lohe is a poetic term for flame or blaze - so "Flame, our belief, Flame, our deed/act".
