HJ Diamond and unknown tinnie

Can someone identify the tinnie and HJ diamond? I was wonder what they are and what they are worth,

the first one is a jugenfest tinnie, easy to find not worth much and the second going by the pic is fake sorry

The quality is not that great but it is the best I can do while my camera is down.
The markings are the RZM and then some numbers I can not make out.

The Hitler Youth decoration is definately a fake....noticed the oval backer plate on the pin....definately BAD! Sorry......
