opinions on future purchase

I am contiplating on purchasing these items, I was wondering if I could get some opinions before I drop the money.

Here is a minature that I got in Germany between 1973-76 from a guy who said it was his. I had no reason to doubt what he said or any of the other things, not many, that I got from him.
