RAD Weibliche Jugend Pin

Out of a group of veteran acquired relics, I have a Plastic RAD Weibliche Jugend Broach Pin. I haven't seen plastic ones before and, unfortunately, it is missing the pin but condition is very nice. Is this uncommon in plastic?
