    SA Standarte 244 (Gotenhafen?) as perhaps part of SA Brigade 6 Danzig within SA Gruppe Weichsel ??

      That's a beauty! I don't think I have ever seen a wooden SA tinnie. Lots of KdF and WHW tinnies were made of wood but this is great.

        Yes - the wooden SA Abz. are out there, along with those made of plastic, paper, compressed resin, textiles et al.

        I will try and post some more "Holz" SA's.

              In 1934 Gruppe weichsel didn't excist. Must be Standarte 244 from Annaberg of SA-Gruppe Sachsen.

                        never saw that Standarte 416 before but i like it ! as to that Standarte 244 piece that is one of my alltime favorite sa tinnies and a hard one to track down , anymore ?
