    I would agree- definitely looks like a scout badge before the Nazis made the swastika an NS symbol.

      I am not so sure, the only Scout badge that I know of which had a swastika was the prewar thanks badge.

        the scouts had the swaz simble before it was a nazi symble, as the swaz has a religious background first. this in the uk occured but mainly on building artwork etc at the meeting halls.
