        Thanks Gerdan,
now I am sure it is a copy made from cast lead. will return to seller. How about the Reichspartei Tag. Seems like it is not from lead and I can't see any cast marks.
        Thanks,
        Andrei

          Hello Andrei
Have i missed something? why do you think it`s a copy? it looks perfectly fine to me, nothing special, but fine. Many tinnies came in different colors/Versions etc. Some partially enameled, some painted, partially painted etc etc... Often there would be a Tinnie version of a Badge, then the same badge but in Enamel and so on....

When are people going to get beyond this Quick Online-Comparison-Reality check Hocus Pokus and start doing a bit of solid good old fashioned Homework instead of clicking away and reaching an opinion based on nothing more than a few minutes of comparing whats in hand to whats out there for sale on various sites owned and run by people you have no idea of, and what their intentions are.

Click away a bit longer at Beck Militaria, and you will see the most outrageous Fake badges being sold for a weeks wages and more.

it is depressing to say the least. I only hope that you are joking and i have misinterpreted your reply.

Just THINK about what you just posted, You have no idea about these badges, so you asked for help, a user showed you two more online being Peddled off by two German dealers (one of whom is a really good guy) you took a quick look and now you are going to send yours back to the seller because your badge is not Identical with the two you just saw ? Aber nicht im Ernst, oder ? And it is "cast lead" ? Man-oh-man, i must have missed the boat yonks ago, gone down a side alley and gotten lost.

If you think it is lead, try drawing a line on a piece of paper with it. if it leaves a line, it is lead.

Call me paranoid, but I believe that this KdF tinnie is being reproduced both in aluminium and a zinc type material. It has become very common and the paint/laquer is too thick and always in very good condition (too good)

Well I can say the Koeln-Aachen tinnie with the train is really banged up and missing colour. I suppose just about anything is faked nowadays but if this is original then it really has been abused. Here is a piece that I am pretty sure is good...

Hello to everyone and thanks for your opinions.
My decisions to return this tinnie to seller was made not only on base of a quick look, but on deep search, which I probably should posted early. I always think that lead + cast = repro. ( may be i am wrong and we have evidence that period makers made badges and pins from lead ).
The railroad tinnie weights 22.5 gr. and it's drawing a good visible lines on a piece of paper(see pic.1)
back pin not even close to compare items. (see pic2,3)
Cast lines around (see pic. 4,5)
Whats your opinions will be after that pics?
                Regards,
                Andrei
