Help with I.D.ing a Badge/Tinnie

Please, if anyone know what this is, I would appreciate any info.
36mm diameter.
Back is marked: W. Wurf, FFC. Otto Piackzek, Berlin & Ausf. C.F. Juncker, Berlin.
Better made than the average tinnie, but not quite the quality of a badge/award.
An idea of the value would be appreciated also.
