Plastic Breast Eagle Pin Help Please

Hello,
These Eagles were in a period lot of Badges and Medals I just recently bought and I have not seen them before. I'm not sure if they are WHW or not. They are 3 7/8 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches high in the middle. THey are Plastic, Silver in color on the front and White on the back with 2 clips. Any Help would be appreciated and Thank You in Advace.
